Fifteen minutes on a live system, using your bell schedule.
We put your real bell times into a working system while you watch, page a zone, and run a staff-alert drill. You will know by the end whether it fits your buildings.
What happens in the fifteen minutes
Your schedule, entered live
Send your current bell times ahead or read them out. We type them in while you watch, then drag one onto a date to make an early-out day.
A page and a call
Page a zone, then place a two-way call between a room and the front office, so you hear what staff would hear.
The map and a drill
Click a room on a floor plan to page it, then run a staff-alert drill end to end and look at the timestamped record it leaves.
Your questions, answered plainly
What runs during an internet outage, what hardware you keep, how self-hosting works, and what it costs for your device count. If we cannot do something, we will say so.
Request a time
Tell us your district and a couple of windows that work, and we will confirm one.

Helpful to have, not required
- Your current bell schedule
- A floor plan of one building
- Rough count of speakers and phones
- Whoever runs the network, if that is not you
Prefer the phone or have a question first? Email is the fastest way to reach us and we will call if that is easier for you.
